Technical Design and Construction Information
Producing architectural, structural and mechanical plans, information and specification
Preparing the additional technical designs that include all architectural, structural and mechanical services information and specification.
This information shall be collated to inform the tender documents, which will expand on the working drawings information prepared for Building Regulations.
During this phase we will liaise with the client and specialist consultants (as required) to prepare coordinated information. We also can assist where necessary to identify and schedule interior fixtures, fittings and finishes.
At stage completion, the key information exchange:
Technical Design of consultant aspects in sufficient detail to enable progress to tender and construction stages
