A consultation on the proposed site so as to better understand the project requirements and how we can assist.
We welcome the opportunity to meet with potential clients to introduce Lindley Architects in person.
We would usually arrange this meeting on the proposed site, which give us a better feel for the project and site location/environment.
There is usually no fee associated with this initial consultation, after which, we would expect to submit our proposal for architectural services.
If the client then chooses Lindley Architects as their preferred architect, we would then focus on establishing the terms of an agreement for our appointment including scope of service, fee, programme etc.
