Significant refurbishment and extension of an existing 1960’s house. The client required a contemporary transformation that optimised the useable floor space. The proposal provided for reworking of the internal arrangement as well as the external architecture. A new galleried staircase provided a heart to the home that connected the new floors, from the additional living accommodation at ground floor to the new bedrooms and master bedroom suite above.
